OUR SIMPLE RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item,
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges, so if you want to change for a bigger / smaller size, repurchase the new size, send us the unwanted item back and we will will refund you.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected, we will issue you a full refund and let you know via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at Info@passeggiata.co.uk . We’ll send you a returns form which will include instructions of where and how to send your package. Alternatively, download our returns form.

To protect yourself and your parcel(s) please make sure you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) & the item(s) must be recorded & signed for.

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse & are signed for.
Once your item(s) arrive back to our warehouse, exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
At this stage we are unable to cover return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort this out for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns if the item is worn, damaged or generally not fit for resale (e.g smells of aftershave, deodorant, body odor).
Pre Orders
Pre ordered items will only be exchanged/refunded if the item is faulty once received.
